·         This two-part in-person course provides a comprehensive foundation in both the fundamentals and administration of altar work, equipping Ministers and Altar Workers to operate effectively both individually and as a unified team.

  • Utilize existing tools and develop new strategies for effective Alter Work.
    • Outline a clear and repeatable process for conducting alter work.
      • Reference scriptures for water baptism
      • Reference scriptures for receiving the Holy Ghost
  • Enhance collaboration and synergy among the Ministers and Alter Workers to form a cohesive team.
    • Foster effective communication
    • Encourage regular feedback
    • Create a forum for ongoing cohesion and development

·         Examine the self-care routines and spiritual disciplines necessary for maintaining effectiveness as a Minister and Altar Worker.
